**Stock Controller – Milton Keynes – Global Construction Company**We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. We are looking for someone to play a key role in the team as a link between customer service, sales and supply chain. Role:You will be responsible for;Provide centralised point of contact regarding customer orders ensuring that these are prioritised based on availability and maintain current processes for constrained items Daily communication with logistics team to schedule in priority orders, confirm status of current orders, research on missed deliveries and escalation to appropriate parties Provide insight and problem resolution to customers for material shortages Daily review and investigation into incomplete deliveries for immediate resolution Order quality maintenance Candidate:The ideal candidate will;Proficient in the use of Google/Microsoft Office packages - Excel is a must, expert in Pivot table, formulas and data manipulation Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment High attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills Numerate and literatePackage:Basic Salary up to £31,00015% bonus25 days annual leave, PLUS bank holidays (increases over time)Pension schemePrivate healthcareLife assuranceEmployee assistance programLong service awardsThis is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer a huge amount of career potential moving forward.
