We're recruiting dynamic educators to bring experience, skill, and professionalism to primary schools across Hinckley, Leicestershire. YOUR DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF: 1. Professional Development and Collaboration * Liaising with parents, teachers, and other professionals (e.g., SENCOs, therapists). * Attending staff meetings and training sessions. * Acting as a role model for other TAs and sometimes mentoring junior support staff. 2. Classroom Management * Supervising a class during short-term teacher absence or while the teacher is working with another group. * Managing pupil behaviour in line with school policy. * Creating a positive, supportive learning environment. 3.
