Project Manager
Location: Hybrid with travel to national locations as required
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
12-month Fixed Term Contract
T2M are currently working alongside a rapidly growing compliance and critical engineering services business to help them to recruit a Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful rollout of Simpro (field service management software) across the organisation. Working cross-functionally, you'll act as a key facilitator between leadership, business units, vendors, and end users—ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery at every stage.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the implementation and integration of the Field Service Management Software system, Simpro.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining comprehensive RAID logs.
* Organise and document project meetings, ensuring clear communication and tracking of actions and milestones.
* Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders on timelines, risks, and progress.
* Oversee change management activities and encourage user adoption through training and support.
* Monitor project performance and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
* Drive user engagement throughout the transformation journey.
Requirements to be a successful Project Manager:
* Experience in delivering FSM/CRM/ERP implementation projects; familiarity with Simpro or comparable systems such as BigChange or JobLogic is desirable.
* Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
* Confident communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised and detailed orientated.
* Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Strong problem-solver.
As a Project Manager, you will be required to travel to various UK sites to oversee the integration of their FSM software system into the wider group operations. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
