From introducing next-generation robotic solutions to the UK market, including service robots, robotic coffee kiosks, and forthcoming automated ice cream kiosks, to being the UK distributor for iconic brands such as Tsingtao Beer, LEC is driven by innovation and expansion.
We are now hiring an experienced Graphic Designer / Video Editing (5+ years) to elevate and unify visual branding across both the Robotics and Beverages divisions.
Role Purpose
The Graphic Designer & Video editor will be responsible for producing high-impact visuals that strengthen LEC’s brand identity, support commercial growth, and bring campaigns to life. This is a hands-on creative role: you will personally design digital assets, print collateral, product visuals, and marketing materials for both sides of the business.
This is a position for a designer with strong experience, creativity, and confidence in delivering polished, professional design work.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Develop, refine, and maintain consistent visual identities for LEC Robotics and LEC Beverages.
- Create brand guidelines, templates, iconography, and style systems.
Digital Design
- Produce high-quality assets for:
• Social media and paid ads
• Website graphics & landing pages
• Email campaigns
• Banners & digital signage
- Create simple animations or motion graphics where needed.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design brochures, sales decks, product one-pagers, informational booklets, case studies and POS materials.
- Support trade shows with booth visuals, signage, pop-up banners, and printed materials.
Product Visuals – Robotics
- Create product mock-ups, user scenario graphics, installation diagrams, and promotional visuals.
- Build clear visuals for robotic product launches (service robots, coffee kiosks, ice cream robots, and future products).
Product Visuals – Beverages
- Support Tsingtao Beer UK with creative assets including:
• Campaign artwork
• On-trade POS
• Posters, menus, coasters
• Social graphics
• Distributor materials
• Launch/event collateral
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Senior Management.
- Translate briefs into strong creative output with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- A strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, brand identity, and campaign design.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Canva for rapid-turnaround content.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong conceptual thinking and understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to balance B2B (robotics) and B2C (beverages) design requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, colour, and typography.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take initiative.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, alcohol, robotics, technology, or automation sectors.
- Familiarity with photography or short-form video content creation.
- Experience with 3D mock-ups or product visualisation tools.
Probation
- Probation: 3 months
- London office based
