Job Description The Marketing Executive will be based in our Belfast office (Mallusk), with occasional travel to our head office in Portadown. This is a new role within our dynamic, energetic and friendly Bid and Marketing Team, and will be pivotal to Irwin M&Es ongoing growth and success. The Marketing Executive role will include: Overseeing the delivery of the company Sales and Marketing Strategy Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company services and brand awareness Liaise with internal departments to support their marketing needs, e.g. HR for recruitment campaigns, SHEQ for sustainability campaigns, etc. Market research and development of new markets to aid company growth strategy, e.g., Energy and Renewables, etc. Overseeing all internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent message/tone across all channels Updating and maintaining company website and social media channels, including content planning and posting Monitoring of analytics across company website and social media channels to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement Working with third parties as required, e.g. web developers, photographers, etc. Design and development of all marketing material, ensuring consistency in line with brand guidelines, e.g. brochures, branded promotional items, etc. Maintaining and updating project/case study portfolio, including site attendance for photography/videography of completed projects Organising and attending events and trade shows, e.g. Balmoral Show Working with the Commercial and Bid Teams to maximise lead generation Criteria Essential Hold a third-level Business/Marketing degree, or similar Experience of software applications used for creating, editing, and managing various forms of media, including images, videos, audio, and interactive content Experience in managing and updating websites Full UK driving licence Desirable Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have: Previous experience within construction, or a service industry Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B professional environment The Company Offers Ongoing training and development opportunities Working alongside experts in their field Health cash plan including compensation for dentistry and optical well being Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Additional holiday increase with length of service Team building and activity days Monthly employee value-based recognition award monetary gift Health, wellbeing and social calendar of events Long service awards Enhanced marriage leave Kingsbridge Membership Club We are a Responsible Body for AccessNI.
