Must Have’s
* A degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Cosmetic Science or Packaging
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication – able to explain technical ideas clearly
* Great time and project management skills
* Eagerness to learn and apply complex technical principles
* Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks across multiple projects
Nice to have’s
* Experience in a packaging development environment
* Interest in sustainable packaging and product development
* Confidence working with global suppliers and manufacturers
So what will you be doing?
* Supporting packaging development from concept through to launch
* Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions
* Testing packaging and producing technical reports
* Attending NPD meetings and helping solve development challenges
* Assisting with packaging data, documentation and sustainability reporting
* Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external packaging suppliers
