Salary and Benefits
* £40,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* A company car (at Senior Negotiator level only)
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. four weekdays per week, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Saturday

Impact and Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
