About the Role As the International Admissions manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a responsive, efficient, and compliant admissions service that supports the University’s ambitious international recruitment strategy. You will lead and coach a team of Senior Admissions Officers and Assistants, ensuring that international applications are processed in line with regulatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a strong focus on applicant experience and data integrity. This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive, solutions-focused individual who can drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and act as a trusted advisor across the institution. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the international admissions function from initial enquiry to enrolment. Managing complex admissions cases, including visa compliance, fee status, and fraud investigations. Driving service innovation and embedding continuous improvement across all processes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with academic regulations and sector best practice. Supporting the growth of our Transnational Education (TNE) partnerships through scalable and responsive admissions processes. Contributing to university-wide initiatives such as Open Days, Clearing, and Outreach Events. What We’re Looking For A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Significant experience in international admissions within Higher Education. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. In-depth knowledge of UKVI regulations and visa compliance. Experience using student systems such as SITS and e:Vision. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
