Key Responsibilities
* Analyze processes, inventory, efficiency, and costs for improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of commodities, manage inventory, and support shipments.
* Arrange, schedule, and support shipments; unpack and verify contents.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
* Propose data-driven improvements to logistics operations.
* Meet operational metrics and produce documentation for stakeholders.
* Support site visits and perform occasional lifting and on-call duties.
Work Environment
* Typical hours: 9:00-18:00, with flextime and some outside work.
* Primarily indoor, with occasional outdoor shipment support.
* Work involves electronic parts and potential noise levels up to 75dB.

Qualifications
* 2+ years in logistics or analytical roles, with process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and visual management tools.
* Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and prioritize tasks.
* University diploma or equivalent.
* Conversational Japanese and English skills.
