About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Beauty Therapy professionals to lead, inspire, and support students undertaking their Level 3 Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship.
As an Associate Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, relevant content, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.

About you
Qualifications: Level 3 Qualification or above in Beauty Therapy. A teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment is ideal but not essential.
Experience: You’ll bring extensive industry experience in beauty therapy. While previous teaching experience is desirable, it’s not essential and we welcome professionals looking to transition into education and share their expertise.
Expertise: You will have up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of the beauty sector, with a strong understanding of current industry standards, treatments, and trends.
Skills: Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan lessons and manage classroom activities effectively.
Passion: You will be a confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.

Salary:
£37.58 an hour, inclusive of teaching, preparation and associated pedagogic work, on Levels 2, 3 and 4. Non-teaching duties across provisions, including course development work, are paid at £23.85 per hour inclusive.
