Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs for a major site in Surrey. The role is responsible for overseeing QHSE requirements across the site, ensuring compliance across departments and staff.

Responsibilities of the QSHE Manager include:
1. Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives.
2. Maintaining supplier performance and site requirements, developing health and safety management systems aligned with best practices.
3. Analyzing risks in the working environment and implementing changes to mitigate them.
4. Ensuring contractors comply with legislation and company guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership.
2. Proven experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM).
3. Experience influencing and engaging subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture.
4. Strong understanding of ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
5. Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous.
