Sales Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Administrator with strong organisational skills to support our sales and operational teams. This role requires customer-focused engagement and the ability to manage communications, maintain accurate records, and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring customer orders and enquiries are managed efficiently.
- Maintain customer order reports, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems, liaising with internal departments to provide accurate updates.
- Assist with processing quotations, orders, and invoices when required, helping to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ensure company procedures are followed at all times.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience within an administrative role and working in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to record management and filing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
