Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool for a Social Media and Community Manager. The individual will be tasked with managing and growing The Pools' online presence across various social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to and engaging with the community, analyzing metrics to increase engagement, developing campaigns aligned with corporate goals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and promotion. The manager will also monitor trends, explore partnerships with influencers, and represent the company across online communities to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Social media management skills, including creating, scheduling, and analyzing content performance.
Proven experience in community engagement and influencer collaborations.
Proficiency in content creation, strong writing, and editing skills.
Marketing and campaign development experience with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve engagement and audience reach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are a plus.
Experience in the betting, gaming, or entertainment industries is advantageous.
