This role supports the technical sales team by scheduling customer appointments. The Role The companys products focus on reducing manufacturing downtime. This requires site visits to prospects and clients to ensure products are used correctly. Your role is to conduct market outreach and schedule these meetings. Account Coordination: Contact key accounts and new prospects to identify operational issues and schedule site visits for your colleagues. High-Volume Outreach: Conduct regular phone outreach, contacting 50100 people per day to introduce the product range. Data Management: Log all call notes and client information accurately onto the CRM system. Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with customers to build long-term commercial relationships. Full product and sales training is provided. Your Background Experience: A background in telesales, telemarketing, or internal sales is preferred. Candidates from chemical or STEM backgrounds motivated to transition into a commercial role are also encouraged to apply. Communication: Comfortable maintaining a high volume of daily outbound calls.
