Programme Associate - Agroecology (Fully remote – open to candidates globally), Swindon, Wiltshire
We’re seeking a thoughtful and grounded programme associate to join Full Circle Foundation, a values-led ecocentric grant-making organisation supporting regenerative, community-rooted approaches to environmental and social change.
This role is part of our global agroecology programme and involves strategy co-creation, relational grant-making, and partner support. Candidates with lived or field experience in agroecology, regenerative economies, or biocultural systems are highly preferred.

Profile Attributes:
* Experience in agroecology and related thematic or regional areas (e.g., Australia, Canada, Congo Basin, Amazonia, Melanesia, SE Asia)
* Understanding of the economic and livelihood aspects of agroecology, including food sovereignty, community wellbeing, and rural economies
* Knowledge of social change mechanisms, field building, and movement strengthening
* Ability to analyze socio-political power dynamics, especially regarding harm caused by global agribusiness and reparative justice
* Understanding of governance principles to support grantees with organizational challenges
* Comfort working in ambiguous, adaptive environments and respecting diverse ways of knowing
* Relational, nurturing interpersonal skills and a listening-centered approach
* Familiarity with indigenous knowledge, regenerative practices, or alternative development paradigms
* Openness to challenging dominant paradigms and fostering radical imagination
* Alignment with FCF’s values and mission
* Willingness to travel locally and internationally
* Proficiency in English; additional relevant languages are a plus
* Experience working with foundations is desirable
