Personal Assistant (PA) Wednesfield, Wolverhampton Reports to: Managing Director Full- time role. Salary: £ 27,000 - £ 40,000, depending on experience, knowledge, skills, and proven track record. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and correspondence. • Prepare, proofread, and organise documents, reports, and presentations. • Maintain records, organise files, and ensure easy access to important documents and information. • Screen and prioritise emails and calls, redirect requests, and highlight urgent matters. Skills: • Strong Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills- this is essential, as a large part of the role involves responding to emails. • Quick learner. • Capable of completing tasks with minimal guidance or instruction. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365, with the ability to learn new tools rapidly. • Discretion and professionalism. • Problem- solving abilities. • Adaptability. • Attentive to detail. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. • Skills and capabilities will be assessed through fair and relevant tasks during the hiring process, with reasonable adjustments available if required.
