Summary

A leading player in the bulk packaging sector is seeking a driven National Sales Manager to spearhead their entry into the Ground Cover and Geotextile market across the UK and Ireland.

About the Client

Our Client is a Norfolk-based company combining deep UK market knowledge with global manufacturing capabilities. Traditionally focused on bulk packaging, they are now strategically expanding into the high-potential Ground Cover and Geotextiles sector, targeting national distribution and merchant networks.

Roles/Responsibilities

* Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with distributors and merchants across the UK and Ireland
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with an anticipated 6–12 month ramp-up period
* Navigate early-stage supply chain challenges, leveraging pricing advantages to gain traction
* Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive positioning

Qualifications

* Proven track record in field-based B2B sales with full-cycle sales experience
* Background in packaging, construction products, landscaping, or technical textiles preferred
* Strong self-motivation and resilience with a target-driven mindset
* Skilled at selling to distributors and merchant networks
* Comfortable operating autonomously in an early-growth market
* High level of autonomy in a greenfield opportunity
* Backing from a well-established, agile team
* Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
