The role involves driving visual standards across the UK store estate, supporting store openings, refits, flagship launches, POS, and events. It combines creative VM leadership with organizational and budget management skills, supporting over 100 UK stores.
This position requires extensive travel to UK stores, with occasional meetings in London and Brighton. It is ideal for a creative yet commercially minded VM who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure visual excellence across all UK stores, maintaining brand standards through regular visits.
2. Lead VM execution for new store openings, refits, flagship launches, and campaigns.
3. Manage POS, VM props, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-brand execution.
4. Adapt and implement global VM guidelines for the UK market across all retail formats.
5. Collaborate with Retail, eCommerce, and Commercial teams for aligned messaging and execution.
6. Manage VM budgets, including liaising with suppliers, controlling costs, and logistics.
7. Contribute to store planning and shopfitting processes to ensure effective visual execution.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Store Manager for a UK retailer, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
* Experience managing large store estates or multi-site environments.
* Proven ability to manage budgets around £1 million.
