This is a senior coaching role for an experienced sales trainer. You will be key to developing a team of business development managers and sales executives to perform at their very best and promote the growth of this dynamic SaaS business.
The Person:
* Experience of coaching and training in a B2B sales environment (large team sales floor / call centre)
* Ability to help design and deliver a training plan that will help salespeople perform at their best
* Motivated – get stuck in, dynamic communicator and visible in a fast-paced role
* Can develop training materials, content, and resources to help sales teams achieve great success
The Role:
* You will provide initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants, and Business Development Managers.
* You will be proactive in developing materials, content, and resources for the sales department, utilizing these to address training needs of both individuals and the wider sales team.
