Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours

1. Work alongside existing/other members of the team
2. Undertake a range Plumbing and Multi Skilled Tasks.
3. Ensure all works are completed efficiently to a high standard.
4. Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
5. Update Site/Project Management/Helpdesk on Progress of works and request time extensions as required.
6. Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works, either working on your own or as part of a team.
7. Provide detailed write-ups/PDA reports of works carried out to ensure that both the GFM & clients CAFM system is kept up to date at all times.
8. Deal with a variety of Clients/Customers on a daily basis
9. Keep accurate Time reports on all tasks completed.

About You
Essential Criteria
10. Demonstrate relevant experience preferably within the maintenance and/or water hygiene industry.
11. Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of plumbing and or multiple building type works.
12. Full Driver’s License
13. Ability to get a DBS certificate.
14. Level 2 plumbing certificate
Desirable Criteria
15. CSCS card or other recognised Safety training
16. Water Hygiene Experience
17. Recognized Health & Safety training
18. Manual Handling training
19. Confined space training
