Who we are looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented Submissions Coordinator to join our ever-growing team. The role is fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to diversify their current knowledge and grow with the role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills to meet tight deadlines, have a proactive attitude with attention to detail to ensure smooth delivery to stakeholders. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks and ensure a smooth delivery to our stakeholders on both individual contracts and ECO4 scheme.
The position will be office-based Monday to Friday in our office in Colchester.
Key Responsibilities will be:
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of submission documents in full and compliance with stakeholders requirements
* Communicate effectively with internal teams (admin team, surveyors, installers) during and after the install process and stakeholders to oversee and ensure the full cycle of the submission process
* Verify that all required documentation, evidence, and approvals are complete, accurate, and sent within the deadlines
* Provide regular reporting on submission progress, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
* Enhance process effectiveness by continuously assessing and improving internal systems.
* Maintain and update records in line with audits
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and computer skills
* Ability to computerise documents
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills with both internal staff and stakeholders
* Exceptional attention to detail is crucial to ensure high level of accuracy and compliance
* Previous experience in a submissions, compliance, or administrative support role
* Experience in data entry and maintaining databases
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
