The Interface Team is responsible for ensuring all HR & contribution interface files are reviewed and processed within agreed service level agreements and completed to the required standards to update member records with the relevant data. The Role Consistently provides a quality customer experience to clients by managing their work in a timely manner and ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met. Checks the work of more junior colleagues on the team and provides training support and mentoring to promote development and a high-quality service within the team. In addition, acts as a buddy and plays an instrumental role in the onboarding of new colleagues and wider team development. Acts as an escalation point for technical issues and more complex queries both internally and externally. Helps to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs and to promote the WTW brand. Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients could be improved and communicate and implement alongside the Team Leader. Seeks continuous development and proactively looks to develop and maintain knowledge on client pension schemes and wider pension knowledge. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of service are achieved and encourages teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas, and solutions. Performs tasks and projects set out by the Team Leader to a high standard. Qualifications The Requirements Completes the processing of contribution and data files. Provides support in all areas of Pensions Administration such as undertaking complex pensions calculations, pensions data entry and answering queries using manual system processes across a range of different member pension schemes. Ability to work to a high level of accuracy with excellent spoken and written communication skills to provide high quality written and verbal communications (both emails and letters). Ability to process mathematical calculations and ability to utilise Microsoft Excel in order to complete manual calculations. Ability to work self-sufficiently following procedural documentation and utilising training and guidance provided previously. Ability to proactively manage time and work priorities in order to meet volume and accuracy targets. Previous experience in supervising, coaching or mentoring colleagues. Previous experience working as part of a team and in a busy, fast-paced environment. Desire to develop a career in the Pensions industry. Demonstratable experience in working within a team and managing wider team workloads.
