Job Overview
West Middlesex University Hospital 9am to 5pm. This is an exciting opportunity to become the Senior Administrator providing a fully comprehensive administration service to the high performing Clinical Support Directorate.
Responsibilities
* Administer, liaise and act in an efficient, effective and high quality manner in a fast paced environment.
* Coordinating workload to meet demands of senior leaders of the Division and ensuring necessary follow up action and deadlines are met.
* Ensuring streamlined administrative processes focused on the patient and their individual needs.
* Act as focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
* Act as a role model demonstrating highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration is essential.
* Ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail.
* Calm but proactive approach with ability to multi-task.
