We are currently recruiting for a Home Claims Handler to join our team on a hybrid basis, you will be expected to be in our Peterborough 1-3 days a week once fully trained. You will need to be in the office full time for training. Your role As our company's representative, you will uphold the highest standards for the brands we collaborate with. Utilising predetermined claims procedures, you will respond to customer claims that you receive via phone, email, or mail. Along with a desire to support customers by settling claims with cash, or voucher payments, or offering advice in situations where cover is not in effect, you will be enthusiastic to assist every customer in resolving their claim as quickly and effectively as possible. You will work as part of a team, engaging and supporting your colleagues in providing excellent customer service and correspondence, with a desire to deliver on our promises. We provide the necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal. As part of your role, you will be working on shift patterns with some evening and weekend work. About you Communication skills are crucial, as is having a genuine desire to help our customers. The ability to listen and identify customer needs, by providing the best solutions with a high level of professionalism and empathy is key. You will have a background in providing great customer service and showing an ability to think on your feet and operate with the customer in mind, which will put you in a great position to be successful at RSA.
