We are seeking someone with great administrative and people skills to join our friendly team (16 hours per week) to support our Administration and Supporter Relations functions while being the welcoming face of Yeldall Manor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent great attention to detail and a passion for helping others to join a Christian organisation dedicated to supporting men in their recovery. As Administration Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support for the Administration & Supporter Relations Manager and other staff with tasks such as processing and recording residents’ leave applications, preparing thank you letters, assisting in the preparation and despatch of the monthly prayer diary and supporting the wider staff team with other administrative tasks as applicable (copying, laminating, data entry, document creation and editing). As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and residents. You'll warmly welcome guests and help direct enquiries as needed, and handle reception duties with professionalism. This includes staffing the reception desk, accessing calendars, sending emails, and performing other basic administrative tasks to keep the front office running smoothly. Yeldall Manor is a Christian organisation, and this role requires a committed Christian faith to meet the occupational requirements (in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010). We ask all staff to engage with and support our residents in their recovery journey, offering encouragement in both practical and spiritual matters. This is a part-time, permanent position (16 hours per week). You will share Reception duties with the existing Administration Assistant/Receptionist, based in the ground floor Main Office of Yeldall Manor, located in a beautiful rural setting.
