We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Estates Team at Applegarth Close in Sheffield on a part-time, permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 11am.
As a Cleaner, you will report to the Estate Manager and be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in the communal areas at our over 55’s housing scheme in Sheffield. You will provide an efficient cleaning service, ensuring that communal areas are cleaned to a high specification

You will not only be an experienced cleaner, ideally with previous experience of cleaning within housing schemes, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience of cleaning to excellent standards.
* Proven experience in operating cleaning equipment, including electrical items such as vacuum cleaners.
* Proven ability to record and pass on information accurately and in a timely manner.
* Previous experience of stock control of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals.
* Ability to report and schedule any repairs needs.
* Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Able to demonstrate Guinness Behaviours
Desirable:
* Previous experience of cleaning in a residential setting.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
* Appreciation of the differing needs of diverse individuals and communities.
