Job Title: Logistics and Sales Administrator
Overview: An organized and flexible administrator is sought to join a growing global business in Essex. The role involves managing logistics and sales administration, acting as the first point of contact for key customers and ANZCO NZ regarding order management, shipping, and information requests. The position aims to support senior managers by handling data management and logistics tasks, covering during absences, and contributing to a small team environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Administration:
o Verify import documentation accuracy and liaise with ANZCO NZ for corrections.
o Request PINs, coordinate bookings, and communicate with hauliers.
o Distribute shipment reports and handle customer inquiries.
o Update logistics logs with ETAs and dispatch details.
o Assist the Logistics Manager during absences.
o Manage orders between ANZCO NZ/Itoham Japan and customers.
o Input sales data into systems and confirm with customers.
o Handle customer-specific sales tasks and manage important documents such as specs and certifications.
o Oversee customer purchasing and supply chain systems.
o Create and share stock sheets with the sales team.
o Assist with onboarding new customers.
2. General Administration:
o Manage office landline and handle product samples shipments.
o Oversee holiday calendars, office supplies, and expenses.
