We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and motivated person to join our Worcester operations team. Managing construction projects, you will lead project teams, communicate business and project objectives, and ensure company procedures are followed.

Job Purpose
To manage construction projects, ensuring profitable, prompt, and faultless delivery. The Contracts Manager leads the project team, communicates objectives, and ensures procedures are followed.
Responsibilities include:
* Set and enforce high safety and environmental standards.
* Build rapport with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
* Plan all project aspects, identify challenges, and suggest solutions.
* Manage project programs, develop, track, and adjust as needed.
* Oversee design processes and ensure timely information flow.
* Promote company values and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Set goals for team members and support their development.
* Empower managers to make decisions.
* Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet targets.
* Report delays or disruptions and work towards resolution.
Experience required:
* At least 3 years as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
* Experience in D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts. Knowledge of preconstruction and tendering.
