We’re looking for an inspiring and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join a premium fashion retailer in the heart of Central London. Known for its timeless aesthetic and loyal following, this boutique brand blends heritage with modernity—placing service, product knowledge, and personal style at the core of the client experience.
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager—leading from the shop floor, energising the team, and creating a dynamic yet refined store environment. You’ll be given real responsibility and the autonomy to make a visible impact across clienteling, visual standards, and store operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving daily and monthly sales performance through strong floor leadership
* Leading by example with a client-first approach and confident product knowledge
* Coaching and developing the team, ensuring energy and motivation remain high
* Supporting with visual merchandising, stockroom standards, and operational tasks
* Driving CRM and clienteling through personalised service and downtime outreach
* Acting as a role model for brand values, presentation, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a premium or high-end fashion environment at supervisor level or above.
* A natural leader—confident, warm, and hands-on with the team
* Strong understanding of KPIs and how to drive them
* Adaptability to high and low footfall days, using quieter moments wisely
* A genuine passion for styling, service, and building client relationships
* Previous experience from premium or luxury fashion retail.
