* Minimum 4 years PQE in Corporate Commercial Solicitor role.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for a varied caseload including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements and a full range of corporate transactions.
* Take responsibility for own caseload, leading some transactions and collaborating with senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
* Exceptional communication skills; work well within a team environment.
* Encouraged to take an active role in business development initiatives.
