* The Hybrid Model:
o During Probation: 3 days in‑office / 2 days WFH.
o Post‑Probation: 2 days in‑office / 3 days WFH.
* Monthly Team Sync: In the final week of the month, the team comes together in‑office on Tuesday and Friday. The Friday is a compulsory office day—a great chance to catch up, celebrate the month’s successes, and wrap up the week together.
