*About the Role*
TONI&GUY East Grinstead is looking for an experienced, cutting-focused stylist to join our busy, creative and professional team.
This role is cut led. While colour knowledge is valuable, exceptional cutting skill and confidence on the salon floor are essential. We are seeking someone who is already strong technically and ready to perform at a consistently high standard.
We already have a solid team in place, so this role is about finding the right person rather than filling a space. If our technical standards, personality, and values resonate with you: we’d love to have a conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
*This Role Is For You If You:*
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on the salon floor
* Are highly confident in cutting (short, precision, long, barbering, shape, balance, and finish)
* Can work independently while maintaining brand and salon standards
* Build strong, loyal client relationships naturally
* Take pride in your appearance, professionalism, and energy
* Understand how time management, consultation, and rebooking drive financial success
* Want to be part of a salon where standards, personality, and teamwork matter
*Qualifications & Experience*
* NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing (minimum)
* TONI&GUY training or equivalent cutting education preferred (brand relevant training can be provided for a candidate with an appropriate skills level)
* Strong cutting portfolio and real salon experience essential
