What Youll Be Doing:
* Fully strip down, rebuild, and restore used heavy plant machinery
* Recondition engines, transmissions, undercarriage components, and hydraulic systems
* Use diagnostics tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
* Deliver work to high resale-ready standards attention to detail is key
* Work from a modern, well-equipped workshop with team support
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experienceworking onheavy construction equipment not light vehicles or cars
* Comfortable withmajor rebuilds: replacing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and more
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant Maintenance, HGV Mechanics, or Land-Based Engineering
* Confident in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and working independently
* Welding and fabrication experience is a bonus
* Must have your own tools, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK
