About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Expense Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team here at AXA UK. What you'll be doing:
Support the redesign and redevelopment of expense reporting and MI through Anaplan, the Finance datalake and PowerBI.
Build strong relationships with expense business partners to understand the MI needs of the partners and the wider business.
Work in conjunction with other reporting team members to thoroughly test new reporting in parallel with existing reports, before putting into BAU.
Manage the delivery of consolidated UK&I expense forecasts and budgets, including allocated results.
Support the timely and accurate delivery of group reporting and subsequent results analysis.
Develop ad-hoc insight as required into specific hot topics and areas of strategic focus.
Lead the maintenance of Anaplan and PowerBI cost centre manager alignment, access controls, reporting hierarchies, forecast and cost allocation models.
Ensure thorough documentation of new developments and cross-train within the reporting team, thereby building team resilience and removing key person dependencies.
