We’re seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Scheduling Coordinator to support a smooth journey from customer order through to successful installation.
This role combines customer communication, scheduling and operational coordination. You’ll work closely with customers, field engineers and internal teams to improve installation efficiency, reduce lead times and deliver right‑first‑time outcomes.
What you will do
Guide customers through the onboarding process from order to installation readiness
Provide clear, proactive communication via phone, email, SMS and Microsoft Teams
Handle pre‑installation queries, escalations and outbound follow‑up calls
Complete pre‑siting checks, identifying access issues, risks or missing information
Schedule and dispatch work using systems such as Skedulo, Simpler and Appointed
Maintain accurate job records, vouchers and booking communications
Support engineers and Service Delivery Managers with same‑day (in‑day) queries
Help optimise engineer diaries, rosters and capacity
Deliver real‑time operational support to field teams and contribute to continuous improvement

What you will need
Strong organisation, scheduling and coordination skills
Clear, confident communication with a customer‑first approach
Experience with scheduling, dispatch, CRM or field management systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in telecoms, customer onboarding or field operations is advantageous
