The role
As an Administrator, you'll provide a wide range of essential administrative and organisational support that helps keep day‑to‑day operations running efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, supporting basic finance processes, coordinating communications and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
1. Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, managing filing systems and completing data‑entry tasks
2. Supporting financial activities including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and recording expenditure
3. Managing shared inboxes and responding to routine enquiries clearly and professionally
4. Maintaining and updating records, databases and internal systems
5. Creating and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
This is a full‑time, onsite role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:00 – 16:00. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Essential experience of the Administrator:
6. Previous experience in an administrative or business‑support role
7. Proficiency in Microsoft applications
8. Strong organisational and time‑management skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Knowledge of finance systems or procurement processes (desirable)

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
