Our Finance Department is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in finance or accounting who enjoys working with numbers,maintainingaccuracy, and supporting a busy team.Youllhandle a range of financial administration duties while ensuring client funds and company accounts are processed efficiently and in line with internal controls. Flexible hybrid working Permanent, full-time role (37 hours/week) Supportive, family-orientated company culture Full training provided Clear career progression opportunities within our Finance Department Key Responsibilities Dealing withclient fundsin line with company procedures Performingbank reconciliationsandmaintainingaccuratefinancial records Communicating professionallyvia telephone, email, and letter with debtors and creditors Completinginternal reviews of casesand liaising with other departments asrequired Calculating and processingdividend payments Carrying outdebtor and creditor reconciliations Supporting management with financial reporting and audits Completinggeneral office dutiesas required by management What Were Looking For Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and EnglishGrade C or above A qualification inaccounting, finance, or mathematics, orat least 2 years experiencein a finance or accounts role Strong numeracy and attention to detail Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience withSage(advantageousbut not essential) Strong communicationand organisational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Resides within commuting distance to our Derry office What We Offer Competitive salary Generous annual leave, including all bank holidays and Christmas office closure Company pension scheme (eligibility applies) Employee Assistance Programme Permanent position after successful 6-month probation Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement About Us We are a family-run company with around 150 employees, committed to offering ethical, client-focused debt solutions across the UK and Ireland.
