We are seeking a Liaison Engineer Contract Leader to oversee our engineering support activities between design, manufacturing, and maintenance teams. You will play a key role in ensuring all engineering issues are resolved promptly and in compliance with aviation standards. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead a high-performing engineering support team.
What you’ll be doing – Tasks and Responsibilities
* You will lead the liaison engineering team and provide technical direction and support across departments.
* You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve production and maintenance issues.
* You will review and approve engineering documentation, modifications, and deviations in compliance with regulations.
* You will ensure aircraft configuration and structural integrity are maintained throughout all modification stages.
* You will liaise with customers and regulatory bodies to address technical queries and audits.
What we’re looking for – Skills and Knowledge
* You have a degree in aerospace engineering or a related discipline and relevant professional experience.
* You have a deep understanding of EASA/CAA or equivalent aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
* You have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting engineering issues.
* You have excellent communication skills and are confident in leading multidisciplinary teams.
* You are experienced in using engineering tools and software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar systems.
