Vehicle Technician – Worcestershire
1. Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + OTE £42,000
2. Hours: 42 hours per week with Saturday mornings on a rota
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a leading main dealer in Worcester. You will be part of a supportive and professional team, working on a range of vehicles to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
3. Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to manufacturer standards.
4. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid checks.
6. Complete detailed service reports and ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards.
7. Work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop productivity targets are met.

The successful Vehicle Technician will have:
18. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
19. Motor industry experience in a workshop or dealership environment.
20. Full UK driving licence.
21. MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) is desirable but not essential.
