The role: On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a talented communications professional to support an exceptional communications team. You’ll be helping to ensure that both stakeholders and customers understand the organisation's work and are engaged with what they're doing. To be successful you’ll be highly organised, proactive, customer focussed and excellent at building and maintaining positive collaborative relationships. You’ll understand how to communicate a narrative that is easy to understand and the best ways to get messages out and be an expert in engaging content creation. You’ll be up to speed on branding and great design as well as its application in a public sector setting. Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role with an average of 2 days a week in the office or on site. This gives the team the opportunity to work in a way that suits them, balancing service need and individual choice, with a mix of both remote and office working.
