We are seeking a Finance Projects Manager to support the delivery of finance transformation activity, including the transition of key processes (such as Purchase to Pay, Budget to Report and Order to Cash) into our international Business Service Centre (BSC). Reporting to a Senior Programme Manager, you will take ownership of specific projects or workstreams, delivering them end‑to‑end with strategic direction and oversight. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience within a structured transformation environment while contributing to the evolution of our finance operating model. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and the BSC, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and consistent, efficient ways of working. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the delivery of assigned finance transition projects or workstreams Supporting the planning and coordination of activities into the BSC Ensuring processes are documented and transitioned with appropriate controls Engaging with stakeholders across finance, operations and shared services Identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and escalating where appropriate Supporting process improvements and standardisation initiatives Ensuring knowledge transfer and stabilisation of services post‑transition Skills & Experience Essential Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent), or able to demonstrate equivalent technical knowledge Experience supporting or delivering finance‑related projects or process improvements Good understanding of accounting principles and finance operations Ability to work across teams in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive and structured approach to task and project delivery Desirable Exposure to finance transformation, centralisation or shared services environments Project management qualification (APM, Prince2, Agile, PMP) or working towards one Experience with ERP systems or finance tools Experience working in a large or multi‑site organisation Working Pattern & Travel Primarily office‑based, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate Occasional international travel may be required; a valid passport is essential Why Join us?
