Job Title: Booking Coordinator
Location: LS15, free parking on site
Salary: £26, per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time. Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota

About the Role:
As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive prompt and professional assistance. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Bookings: Oversee online and telephone bookings for private services, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer
2. Customer Engagement: Respond to enquiries via email, Facebook, live chat, and telephone, providing timely information and assistance
3. Service Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing waiting times and escalating issues when necessary
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the operational team to ensure clear communication and alignment with customer expectations
5. Data Management: Record customer details accurately in our database and ensure all processes are completed for appointment bookings
6. Continuous Improvement: Support the development and maintenance of processes as part of their commitment to quality service
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
7. A good general education and customer care training or equivalent experience
8. Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate various systems efficiently
9. An excellent telephone manner and a friendly, approachable attitude
10. Knowledge of private services and diagnostic imaging is a plus!
11. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
