We are looking for a Payouts Administrator, to join our client in an established Sales Team. What You’ll Be Doing: * You will be responsible for the end-to-end order process from receipt of Customer Order through to Supply and Invoicing * Ensure that Stock allocations and levels are correctly maintained * Checking documentation and associated records for new finance agreements passed for payout and completion * Identify any Issues /errors and perform actions required for resolution * Prepare contract set up on system * Raise payment instructions to suppliers/brokers ready for review * Send payment remittances to suppliers/brokers What We are Looking For: * Previous experience in a Sales background / Sales Admin / Strong Administrator * Be able to handle Customer Complaints and a Challenging environment * Comfortable using Microsoft packages * Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner Benefits on Offer: * 25 days holidays * Bonus Scheme * Charity days * Pension scheme If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply.
