Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to build further classroom experience, we are keen to speak with you. The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Work with small groups or provide 1:1 support to pupils Assist students with additional needs, including SEND Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment Support classroom management in line with school behaviour policies Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust Assignments may range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.
