Key Requirements
* Qualified early years professional: hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above.
* Skilled in creating opportunities for learning: knowledge of the EYFS, can work as a Key Person, plan and implement high quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play; observe, assess and record children's progress.
* Advocate for safeguarding: ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and their wellbeing is promoted.
* Collaborative: work in partnership with children, parents and colleagues, effectively communicate and build strong, positive relationships.
Applicants must currently reside within a commutable distance of the nursery and hold suitable Right to Work in the UK; VISA sponsorship is not available. Safer recruitment checks apply, including an Enhanced DBS check.
Contract Details
* Permanent
* 18-40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
* Full and part-time options available of 2-5 days a week; shifts fall between 07:30am-18:30pm.
* Salary: £27,040-£32,427.20 per annum (pro‑rata), £13.00-£15.59 per hour.
