Job Title: Quantity Surveying Technician
Location: Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar
Workstyle: Flexi (Hybrid working with part remote and part on-site work)
Angus Council invites applications from talented, adaptable, and enthusiastic candidates to join our non-housing and housing property projects teams as Quantity Surveying Technicians.
These positions offer a competitive salary, Flexitime, hybrid working, and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme. Equipment will be provided to support remote working.
We seek applicants with some experience in construction or quantity surveying practice, as detailed in the career grade structure Job Outline. The workload will be varied, challenging, and supported by a collegiate environment, encouraging skill development and career progression.
There are four positions available:
1. One permanent position in the non-housing property projects team
2. One permanent position in the housing projects team
3. Two temporary positions in the housing projects team (up to one year)
