We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Croydon. This crucial role within the Finance Department and you will ensure the smooth running of the accounting functions. Key responsibilities Sales and Purchase Ledger Credit account applications for approval Contacting trade references Invoicing Statements Liaison with accountants for end of month/year accounts Proforma invoicing for contracts Debtors/creditors list Creditsafe updates on system Requirements Disciplined, self-motivated, professional individual Organisational skills and high attention to detail Alignment to the company ethos of honesty, integrity, and loyalty Excellent communication skills Flexible and comfortable working in a continually evolving small family business Ability to learn system and reporting functions Benefits £26,000 starting salary, with a salary review at the end of six-month probation period. Bonus scheme based on company performance. Hours: Standard hours 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday – Friday, but will consider personal circumstances.
