Qualifications

Pay and Working Hours
Excellent rates of pay of £17–£18 plus pension and holiday pay, equating to a rolled-up pay rate of £19.62–£20.78. Shift patterns: from 10 am to 5 pm.
For complex care support for complex clients, any hours worked delivering domiciliary support are paid at the domiciliary rate of £16–£17 plus pension and holiday pay, equating to a rolled-up pay rate of £18.47–£19.62.
Responsibilities
The Complex Care Assistant role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, neurological disorders and mental health challenges. You will provide specialist care such as PEG, suction and tracheostomy support, assist with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks. You will be fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses.
