What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and implement go‑to‑market and scaling strategies for new projects
* Plan, monitor, and optimize activities across digital channels to align with business goals
* Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and drive performance improvements
* Coordinate user acquisition, social media, ASO/SEO, affiliate/partnerships, influencer campaigns, and brand activities
* Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery: briefs, creative QA, media execution, and optimization
* Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI; recommend optimizations
* Collaborate closely with UA, Affiliate, Creative, SEO, Product, and Dev teams to execute marketing initiatives
* Support product launches and feature promotion to achieve revenue targets
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and localize campaigns
* Manage digital marketing budget and coordinate with external agencies and vendors

Your Experience
* 3.5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services or fintech
* Strong expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
* Proven experience with ASO, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, and reputation management
* Proficient with mobile analytics and attribution tools (GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
* Experience with influencer marketing and community/engagement campaigns
* Strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
* Professional proficiency in English
