Job Advert
As a Print & Post Services Support Officer you will play a critical role in supporting all departments in the organisation with scanning, printing, dealing with post, enquires and filing of legal documents. You will collaborate with various teams, help run both the print and post room, and provide administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support in the post room including the opening, sorting, scanning and delivering of post that arrives to the Plaza daily.
* Provide support in the print room including the printing and collating of all departments documents such as Council Agendas, and various forms and booklets.
* Conduct back scanning and the scanning of historical documents.
* Conduct filing of legal documents, including keeping an up to date and comprehensive log.
Skills and Experience
* Strong communication skills, both digital and in person.
* Excellent organisational and self-management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project).
* Problem solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing challenges.
